General Rules

This document complies with international law and business practices. Obsidian Capital Management welcomes individuals aged 18 and requires registration for each client. By becoming a client, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Investment Rules

  • Every deposit is considered a private transaction between Obsidian Capital Management and its client.
  • Clients undertake financial transactions at their own discretion and risk.
  • Interest accrual on investments varies based on the chosen plan. The principal may be included in profit for certain plans.
  • Only cryptocurrencies are accepted for investments. Clients are allowed one account per IP/Family/Device unless additional accounts are approved.
  • Unauthorised accounts may be closed.

Anti-Spam Policy

Obsidian Capital Management strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited emails for marketing. We will cooperate with law enforcement if required, and any unlawful conduct will lead to account information disclosure and further action.

Amendment Procedure

We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior investor consent. Changes will be notified through our website. If no specific investment plan is selected, funds may be automatically reinvested into a 365-day plan. Withdrawal requests take 5-10 working days to process.

Customer Service & Support

Clients have the right to seek additional information through our support service. All interactions should be polite and professional.

  • The services provided by Obsidian Capital Management are not regulated by any regulatory body. Be aware of the associated risks and only invest what you can afford to lose.
  • All trademarks and trade names are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the terms shall be resolved through mediation.

Client and Debt Reassignment

In the event of a split between business partners, any client or debt brought into the business by a partner will revert to that partner through a unilateral agreement.

Brand Usage and Non-Compete

Departing partners cannot use Obsidian Capital Management’s brand, trademarks, or intellectual property and must refrain from competing for 24 months.
